Ground Rent is payable to Caledonian Roofdwellers Ltd and at present it is £37.50 per half year payable on the 24th June and 25th December. Flats which have extended their lease do not pay Ground Rent. At present the Government intends to cap Ground Rent for all flats at £250 per year; which does not affect us. There has been a scandal caused by missold high and doubling ground rents which have left some leaseholders unable to sell their flats
